Arnica (Arnica Montana) is an alpine perennial that produces a yellow-orange daisy like flower and is a member of the sunflower flamily. Since the 1500’s the fresh or dried flowers have been used for medicinal purposes. Arnica helps increase blood flow to the damaged area and is recommended for bruises, insect bites, muscle pains, sprains and pulled muscles. It is said to decrease pain and discoloration from bruising. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
Raw Organic Unrefined Shea Butter: Naturally rich in vitamins A and E. It offers UV protection (it is SPF ~6) and provides the skin with essential fatty acids and the nutrients necessary for collagen production. Balsam Fir: Has anti-inflammatory and relaxant properties. It is mostly used for, muscle tension, cramps and spasms.In addition, balsam fir oil benefits embrace the properties of this oil to relieve swellings and aches related to arthritis.
Copaiba: Helps reduce pain and loosen muscles, eliminating pain in joints, and can ease the discomfort of headaches and migraines.
Clove: Improves blood circulation and reduces inflammation.
